• Purchaser agrees to have the kitten spayed/neutered before sexual maturity (6 months) female. Males male be kept intact to 8 months to allow the characteristics, muscle, and boning to develop.
• Kittens sold as pet will not be shown in competition without permission of the breeder.
• Kittens are indoor pets and not declawed.
All kittens are to be picked up by the age of 12-14 weeks of age. One half the purchasing price is due at the reservation of your kitten. All reservations are considered final.
Health Guarantee :CJPAWS guarantees that this kitten is in good health, has been immunized against Feline Infectious enteritis, Feline Rhinotrachetitis, and Calici Virus.
Kittens have been tested for FIV and FELV by a licensed veterinarian negative).Purchaser agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from the date the kitten is delivered to confirm the healthy condition.

The purchaser agrees to immunize their cat according to the protocol of their vet,feed a proper diet, and provide water at all times.
